The Thrive philosophy is built around 4 pillars:
Shecosystem will be there all morning as Emily hosts one of our signature Coworking + Wellness sessions. Join us to connect with other attendees, get work done, and take advantage of peer mentorship. We’ll also be brainstorming topics for the afternoon Unconference sessions, so come by and put your two cents in!
HERE ARE A FEW SHECOSYSTEM COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHO WILL BE SHARING THEIR GIFTS AT THE THRIVE SUMMIT
Marni Levitt of Move-n-Music will get your day started with Rise, Arrive + Thrive: an early morning mindfulness meditation and yoga class. Marni will guide us through a guided visualization, share mantras for success, and wake up our bodies with gentle stretches.

Lisa Kelly, a certified Online Business Manager and the founder of Admin Guru, will draw from her own experience supporting heart-centred entrepreneurs in a session on How to Create Your Own Goal Group.
Natasha Mitchell of Wildly Successful Biz will use her proven Business Model Canvas Framework Exercise to cut through the overwhelm, get clarity on your business ideas and help you to fine tune your business plan in an easy to complete visual model.
Author, writing coach, and yoga teacher Daphne Gordon guides you to take time out to listen to your inner wisdom in a gentle yoga workshop that combines mindful movement, visualization and writing prompts.
