Fresh produce and colourful farmers markets, summer provides wonderful incentives to explore food and nutrition. It’s also when we finally get our butts outside and get active after a long winter!

We all know we can’t achieve our wellness goals without one component or the other, so why not put two and two together?

Holistic Nutritionist Gillian Ferrier has teamed up with bootcamp leader Dana Fradkin and yoga instructor Lauren Messervey to offer a unique and whole body approach to health. With this focused 4 week series, we’ll explore the most important components to wellness in three main themes: CLEAN – RESTORE – BUILD.

 

Tuesdays 6-8PM | June 13 – July 4

CLEAN

Start fresh this spring with a focus on eating clean, whole foods. Our bodies naturally detox, but the less junk we put in can go a long way for your health. Over four weeks Gillian Ferrier, RHN will guide you to remove processed and inflammatory foods, offering healthy substitutions, shopping tips and delicious spring inspired recipes. Dana Fradkin will focus on circuit training to get your blood pumping and strength training to tighten the core. If you’ve been hibernating all winter, it’s time to get outside, enjoy the warm weather and get your body moving again!

Tuesdays 6:00-8:00pm @ Shecosystem & Christie Pits Park.

Nutrition + Fitness + Yoga

One hour of nutrition coaching and one hour of movement.
Classes are created for all levels. Maximum 12 participants.
