With this circle, we honour the divine feminine by co-creating a space for women and femme-identified people to tap into their inner goddess. By using mindfulness, music and movement, we’ll tap into our essence and allow it to expand outwards through the vibrations of our instruments, voices and bodies.
Connect with yourself, each other and nature as we collaborate to create soul-stirring music while being present in the NOW.
Our opening and closing circles will include some facilitated chanting and gentle movement to ground us in our body and the earth.
What to bring:
All kinds of percussion instruments, including drums, tambourines, shakers, bells, spoons etc. (I will have extras on hand)
Chairs if you don’t want to sit on the grass
Snacks to share if you feel inclined
Your beautiful, whole self
Men are welcomed to attend, but we ask that you take a (much valued) supporting role and be respectful that this is a feminine-centred space. We also ask that you please keep the volume of your drumming to a minimum in order to ensure that your sisters are heard.
