Have you ever wondered what the heck is in the food you eat everyday? I mean, I know a tomato is a whole food without preservatives or fillers, but why should I eat it? How is it good for me? Chef and Naturopathic Doctor Amanda Satov has the answers. She will guide you through the benefits of what’s already in your pantry and how to combine them to get the most nutritional bang for your buck.
