Build Your Capacity & Personal Health: Simple Tools to Help You (& Your Business) Thrive
As entrepreneurs, what we personally invest in our businesses aside from cash is time and effort. Through blood, sweat and tears – or for many of us, sleepless/unrestful nights, headaches and muscle pain – we build our businesses in a way that serves the world and honour what we value. Instead of adding to your to do list, this talk will focus on building up your capacity so that you have more time to do what you want to do. Implementing basic health-promoting habits and tools that fit with things you are already doing, can be seemingly small changes that have a big impact on your life. The goal of this talk is to provide you with simple tools that can help you optimize your health so you can in turn, continue to grow your business and serve your community.
Dr. Julie Hwang BSc ND is an entrepreneur, consultant, naturopathic doctor and collaborator who wants to see more business owners thrive – both in health and in business. She is the President & CoFounder of Aurum Medicine & Wellness Corp and has a private practice in downtown Toronto.
