Meet a client, run a workshop, or host your next event at Shecosystem. We offer affordable and attractive meeting, healing and event spaces for rent by the hour at our convenient Bloor Street location. Membership is not required to book our space. If you are a Shecosystem member, please sign in to the members’ area to book a room and apply your member discount. 

 

All space bookings feature:

 

  • High speed internet access
  • Reception services included during business hours
  • Coffee + tea from our member kitchen (additional fees apply for events over 8 people)
  • Access to printing, scanning and copying services during business hours (additional fees apply)
  • Access to projector & A/V cables ($20/booking)
  • Outside food & drinks permitted.

Spaces

Book this tranquil space for a quiet conversation or a one-on-one mind or body healing session. The Healing Room is equipped with two comfortable armchairs and laptop desks, and a loveseat. Push the chairs aside for a private yoga class or meditation session, or fold out the massage table for body-work. Host your next webcast here or book this quiet, light filled room to record a video.

Members: $24/hour
Non-members: $30/hour

 

Book the Office for meetings or private calls. This room is furnished with two desks for client meetings or quiet work sessions. Host your next webcast here or use this quiet, light filled room to record a video.

Desks can be arranged to seat up to four people. This room is equipped with a whiteboard.

Book the Gathering Room for group meetings, masterminds, or workshops for up to 8 people. This light filled room is equipped with a boardroom table and whiteboard.

Book our 400 square foot Studio for workshops, movement classes, photo shoots or gatherings of up to 40 people. This light-filled brick + beam space is also home to Shecosystem’s Red Tent, a cozy place for a women’s circle or ritual. The Studio has a cork floor and is equipped with 12 yoga mats, floor cushions, folding chairs and laptop desks. Additional tables and chairs are available upon request (rental fees may apply).

Please note that the Studio is not soundproof – keep this in mind when booking during weekday business hours! Seminars, board meetings, and yoga classes are great, but save your drum circles and Zumba classes for after 6PM or on the weekend.

Members: $40/hour
Non-members: $50/hour

 

Our open, flexible space, including the Studio, coworking desk area, lounge and kitchen is available for rent outside of business hours for a minimum 2-hour rental. Host a networking event, speaker, or gathering for up to 70 people in our bright, brick and beam space. Open the Studio’s garage door to create one large room that can seat up to 60 people theatre-style. Our smaller rooms can be in included for breakout sessions, speaker green-room, coat-check, etc. Please fill out the form in detail and we will get back to you to discuss your event’s  needs.

Capacity: Up to 70 depending on setup
Members: $120/hour – minimum 2 hour booking
Non-members: $150/hour – minimum 2 hour booking

Event space is available for bookings only after 6PM and on weekends.
