We’ll create a brave and safe space where we can talk honestly about motherhood and the tensions between our individual identities and the social contexts we inhabit. Through a guided mindfulness exercise, a talking circle, and critical reflection activities we will reflect on our own experiences, assumptions and fears and create a supportive circle of deepened connection to what feels right for us and our lives.

Snjezana Pruginic is a wellness professional and educator with over 17 years of experience working with individuals and communities in creation of personal and collective well being. Trained in Shiatsu Therapy, movement, meditation and restorative social justice, Snjezana uses a multi-faceted approach to healing by combining Eastern Medical systems and practices together with an inclusive, equity focused and socially conscious framework.
Emily Rose Antflick is Shecosystem’s Founder and Chief Community Cultivator, and she loves gathering circles of wise women. Her work stems from a feminine paradigm that values collaboration, emotional authenticity, and work-life integration. With an M.A. in Curriculum, Teaching and Learning, Emily spent a decade teaching and creating transformative educational journeys for youth in Canada and internationally before founding Shecosystem in 2015. Emily has birthed a business and is exploring how that will play out alongside her desire to birth a human.
