Self-Care Circles for the month of December will focus on helping you build a self-care plan
December can be a stressful time for many, so it’s a perfect time to up the dose of self-love. Each Wednesday from 12-1PM Liz Diaz, our Resident Wellness & Spiritual Guide will share tips, tools and exercises that you can use to bring more ease into your life and help you build your own self-care plan.
